Privacy Policy

Summary

• Your plans are yours. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
• The app has no ads and does not track you across other apps or websites. This website uses Google Analytics to count visits.
• You can use the app as a guest: your plans stay only on your device.
• If you create an account, your plans are backed up securely so you don’t lose them.
• You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from inside the app.

Who the app is for

FitnessPaths is designed for adults (18+), such as coaches, personal trainers and people planning their own workouts. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Information you add to the app

• Coach profile: your name and, optionally, your gym or business name, shown on the plans you export.
• Plans: plan titles, the exercises you choose, sets, reps, rest, notes and the name of the student a plan is for.

If you enter a student’s name or notes, you are responsible for having their permission to do so. Please don’t add sensitive health information about other people.

Guest mode: if you use the app without an account, all of this stays on your device only. We do not receive it.

Information collected when you create an account

• Account information: your email address and, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the name and email address they share with us. With Sign in with Apple you may choose to hide your email.
• Your plans and coach profile are backed up to our cloud database so they are safe and available on your other devices.
• A user ID that identifies your account.

Purchases

Premium subscriptions are purchased and billed through Apple’s App Store. We never see or store your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether your subscription is active; RevenueCat receives purchase information (such as the product, purchase date and an anonymous or account user ID) from Apple.

How we use information

We use information only to provide the app’s features: signing you in, saving and backing up your plans, generating the PDFs you export, and providing Premium features. We do not use your information for advertising, profiling or training AI models.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data on our behalf, only to run the app:

• Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore): account sign-in and secure cloud backup of your plans.
• RevenueCat: subscription status.
• Apple (App Store, Sign in with Apple) and Google (Sign in with Google): sign-in and payments, subject to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

PDF exports

PDFs are created on your device. When you share a PDF (for example by WhatsApp, email or AirDrop) it is sent by the app you choose, under that app’s privacy policy. We don’t receive a copy.

Storage and security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored encrypted at rest by Google Firebase. Access rules ensure that only you, when signed in to your account, can read or change your plans. No method of storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

Permissions

The app does not ask for access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts or location.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your data for as long as you have an account. You can delete individual plans at any time in My Plans. To delete everything, open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account: this permanently deletes your account, coach profile and all plans from our servers and from your device, and revokes Sign in with Apple. Guest data can be removed by deleting the app. If you subscribed, please also cancel your subscription in your App Store settings.

This website

fitnesspaths.com uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful. It collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, using cookies. We don’t use it for advertising, and Google Analytics is not used inside the app. You can opt out with your browser’s privacy settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. If you contact us, we use your message and email address only to reply.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You can do most of this directly in the app, or contact us and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app.
